Alan Brazil's Sports Breakfast on Monday might be interesting as they often have the little fcukwit on as a guest!
If* it does come out that he assaulted the gaffer, then he will be looking at jail time won't he, what with his past record?
The "if" in my post was more to cover my back, in the same way the club have used the word "alleged".
From now on for years to come every time we play Fleetwood every Barnsley supporters will never forget a bit like the Blunts with Elbows Morgan.
The coward doesn't deserve his name mentioned . My thoughts are with Daniel and hope he recovers quickly.
Well during their handshake after the fill time whistle they wouldn’t let go of each other and Whitey was in close proximity filming so I wouldn’t be surprised if there is footage. I’d be very surprised if any got released though.
If there has been physical contact, then it's battery (obviously comes under common assault) not assault. Not to say there hasn't been an assault, but that can only be determined after hearing Stendel's side of things. Just to be factual.
**** wannabe top footballer, **** manager, proven to be a thug, how people like this exist in football makes you wonder if chairmen look at names rather than potential, Mr Neil Warnock is a saint compared, he may not be be well liked but has passion for the game can't be questioned guessing an allo'allo remake is the next step for master ba''torn
Bit odd that the club "confirm there was an alleged incident". That doesn't make sense to me, perhaps someone that knows more about English (cough @JamDrop ) can elaborate on how that's not an oxymoron.
So if the Gaffer says he didn't actually feel in danger before the alleged "attack", then the charge would be battery, but if he feared for his safety, then it's assault? Would any punishment handed down be similar, no matter what the actual charge is?
It's a police matter, so they will have told the club to put something generic out like that until it's been investigated.
