    Am I correct in thinking that if we win both of the remaining games and Sunderland either beat Portsmouth or hold them to a draw, it doesn’t matter what the result of Portsmouth or Sunderland’s remaining games are?

    Yes basically if we win both games Pompey need to win all 3 of there games.
    Sunderland can't pass us IF we win our games.

    I think if the Portsmouth vs Sunderland game is a draw and we win the remaining games we are 99% up since we have a decent gap with goal difference

    If we get 6 points and Portsmouth Sunderland draw, GD doesn’t come into it. Most they could get is 91 points
