Thinks Pompey will go up instead of us because we are Away

Could be right it's not a wild prediction, Pompey need 2 wins we only need one is another way of looking at it though.

That's why they have to get Sam Parkin in to do L1 and L2 - because Dean Ashton knows **** all.

Heard that lol, everyone’s entitled to their opinion mind...but feel like most pundits write us off quite often anyway so doesn’t really bother me!

People have been writing us off all season, including some of our own fans at times, so it's nothing new.

We've been 'choking' or 'wobbling' since Moore banged his head if you've read other teams forum, yet here we are, joint top.

Even if Pompey win both their remaining games, I have faith in these lads doing the business at Bristol Rovers next Saturday.

They have two matches to lose, we only have one. Points in hand and all that!

Clinton Morrison didn't give us a chance either the other week - was always between the other two

massive pressure on both sunderland and pompey on tuesday. i'd take our position every day of the week. and so would pompey. sunderland are rank outsiders, but still mathematically possible. fair play to em, if they get a result and take it to last game

Jeez, it's only his opinion, some people need to calm down. If we do the business next weekend then he's the one looking a little foolish. However, I'd hate to think what this board will be like if we lose at Bristol Rovers and miss the top two.

I'd be more worried if he'd put his mortgage on us to be honest.

Read an article last week where Ashton said he thought Portsmouth would go up but felt we deserved to. Not too wild a prediction, you would expect them to win their two home games, so we have to win ourselves next week.

Luton got a tricky game against inform Oxford. Could end up us and Pompey going up!

I've just watched it and amazingly he says "Barnsley are brilliant at home, but with Bristol Rover's away? - I've got to go for Portsmouth"

We're actually the 4th best team in league one away from home, and Bristol have the worst home record, having only won 5 from 22.

    Bookies must love him.

Mathematically possible but needing to overturn a 7 goal swing. Back to back 3-0 victories and a 1-0 defeat for us and they go up on goals scored. If they only win by a single goal on Tuesday then their season is pretty much over in terms of automatic promotion.

Yeah I read that, always think why do pundits say that, whoever goes up deserves it, or am I missing something
