    Has anyone seen it? I just have cant believe what they were doing, it's almost as if they don't understand the offside rule.

    It is ridiculous isn't it, if that was one of our players I would be fuming. Potentially cost them automatic promotion.

    But that said I loved it and will watch it another dozen times today. :D

    The reds are going up!!!!

    Unbelievable school boy error he should have gone to specsave if he cant see that he was in front, anyway very pleased that some players dont know the offside rule

    I watched that bit live. Went from despair to absolute exhilaration within a couple of mins. Then Peterborough went down the other end and scored not long after - nuts few mins.

    Just deserts after that cheating the other week. Having said that I've no problems if they go up through the play offs.

    I was watching on the king Ronnie fb page - I couldn’t actually believe he’d ran offside.

    Some of the Pompey lot blaming Pitman - no way. He was right to square it - it was the other lad’s only responsibility to stay behind him or square at worst, then roll it into an empty net. He wasn’t even close to being onside judging by where he was when the ball got to him, though I’d love to see it square on.

    For Posh to then go and score at the other end within a minute or so finished Portsmouth off, they didn’t really do a lot after that.

    Thanks for that - First time I have seen it and its really poor - worthy of the great Bruce Dyer himself :)
    As everyone else has pointed out he had absolutely no need to run offside but he was so far off it gave the Linesman little choice

    The lino is way off the pace too, luckily for us he was so far offside the lino at the other end of the pitch could still probably had given it.

    Cheers Wellsie. Wasn’t even close was it - in fact he was that far off you might question Pitman a little - though there’s no way he should have been offside there.
