Seats not renewed

    Deadline to renew on Wednesday, I have moved seats and had to settle with certain seats that was available as I got them in early bird as normal. Would I be able to move them to somewhere else if the seats haven’t been reserved on Wednesday? What’s the best way to do it as I’m on 12 hour days so can’t get to the ground.

    My son renewed his season ticket during the Early Bird - he’s just changed it to be next to us - he phoned the box office

    Yes you can move them. You could call the box office after the deadline or call in when you can. Or email the box office with your request (think it’s boxoffice@barnsleyfc.co.uk)

    Further to this, I've just popped down to the ground because I spied a seat not renewed closer to friends and acquaintances and wanted to do a swap. The lady who sorted it for me could not have been more friendly or helpful. Top marks to the club staff.
