Yes? It says why Jeremy Corbyn snubbed armed forces day, yet I’m told he doesn’t snub armed forces day... what are you trying to imply? I don’t know where the emoji is, but it must be used on you a lot...
Again yes..... so having been told earlier by some JC cult member that he hadn’t snubbed the armed forces at all, I produce a left wing newspaper, (I knew you wouldn’t believe any other type of news) that says he did in fact snub armed forces day.... So now I’m still wrong? Did he or did he not snub armed forces day? And again, in case you didn’t see it. Yes I read the ridiculous report.
So going to a different place/event/function is snubbing and not choosing....I wonder how many events the average politician/royal/lord gets invited to. Are all "snubbed" apart from the one they attend ? https://www.thesun.co.uk/news/66208...s-day-again-and-sends-colleague-in-his-place/
He went to a different event...in the case of the Scums article (headline was word for word with some other papers) he attended a rally commemorating the 70th anniversary of the NHS....."Every Tory MP snubs NHS anniversary march".......is that snubbing ? Sorry to Harry and Megan for snubbing your wedding....I chose getting p155ed in my local instead.
The previous year he did it to go and prance on stage at Glastonbury... You’re not trying to lead the country.... so your movements are not indicative of anything...
He went to an armed forces related event on armed forces day. Not the one you wanted him to go to but one nevertheless. One where the sole purpose was to personally meet and speak to veterans. Therefore he did not snub armed forces day. He did not refuse to see Trump despite meeting others you list. He declined attending a state banquet and instead asked to meet him to talk properly. Trump confirmed this by announcing that he had refused to meet Corbyn. So, basically, twice he turned down an incredibly expensive and fancy meal that in reality means sitting at one of many tables, probably in your own little groups nowhere near Trump or any veterans, in favour of having one on one conversations without all the pomp and ceremony.
Thanks Jam, This is how to reply. A reasoned view on of your point of view. I totally accept that there is different spin on what he did on D-Day. It just feels to me like it was petulant behaviour so he could go and protest against Trump... but for what aim?. He has snubbed armed forces day in the past. I do not see him as a credible PM and not just for this...
Words straight off tabloid headlines. What's the difference between snubbing and choosing to go to a different event (see Jamdrops post)? I've tried explaining by talking stupid but you have beaten me with experience.
Lol. Why don’t you throw milkshake me? Spit in my face? I don’t think that Jeremy Corbyn is a person who can lead the country, so I’m stupid... get a grip. You have to resort to personal slurs to try and prove your point. The more your type do not listen to my point of view and poo poo anything I say as stupid. The less likely Mr Corbyn will ever sit in the post that he so desires. And the more likely we’re going to end up with Conservatives for another 4 years. Of course you did the same thing about the brexit referendum, look where that got you. Labour should be smashing it now, and they’re not.... why JC!!!! Labour lost in an election in Barnsley!!! Do you not see why? Anyway this time I am out.
Yes good idea ,I’ll follow your lead as he obviously hadn’t a clue what he’s arguing about just keeps regurgitating what he’s obviously been reading in Mail/sun
Why comment then? You’ve no higher ground Marlon, you get all your info from Mr Corbyn himself, and he never tells lies..
“It’s fair to say he campaigned for people like the Guildford four and Birmingham six.” What a bas*rad. I’ve gone right off him. Tw*t. Good grief.
