    that stuff is a slight worry but didnt seem to affect him too much last season for Donny so hopefully would be similar case for us if we were to get him

    Mind you I dont know what happened with his brother and Chapeltown isn't the nicest area of Leeds. Just thinking t seems a bit hypocritical if we signed him when he's due to stand trial.

    I don't know how you can compare him to Barton? Barton has a history of been a thug and a bully I don't know about his court case for assault or whatever but we don't know the one and outs. Adam hammill assaulted some female paramedics while on the lash he didn't turn out too bad. You can't judge someone's character on their brother getting shot.
    He did really well for Donny last season tore young Williams a new one at the keepmoat if we signed him it would be a thumbs up from me.

    So his brother gets murdered for being a gang member in Leeds and then he gets sent for trial for violence amongst a group of people which has been caught on CCTV... the same year that his brother died.

    I mean I'm sure it is a complete, utter coincidence that a man who you'd expect to be upset by the death of his brother and using common sense to avoid situations like this, finds himself in front of the courts for ABH. Incredibly unlucky timing there.

    Adam Hamill lashed out indiscriminately when he was drunk and had the integrity to apologise and plead guilty. Not quite the same imo

    You said you didn't know the ins and outs of Wilks been done for assault so how can you comment if it's the same or not.
    I've been drunk 100s of times I've never felt the need to assault ambulance staff or women. I like Adam and he is a decent lad and regrets what he did but for all I know Wilks could be a good lad.

    Experience is different to Championship Experience, though.

    150 games in the German 2nd tier would count as Experience.

    Are the 2 cases related? Hasn't Wilks been at Leeds from a young age so doubt he is a gang member.
    I don't think his brother been involved in gangs and getting murdered should effect his future career

    I'm not sure if the two cases are related but the two are brothers. One dead through gang violence, the other facing trial in connection with a stabbing. You can dress it up as much as you like, CPS clearly had enough grounds to charge so it doesn't look good does it?
