Yes of course because Unions act on the best interest of their paying subjects?? They would never act on what’s in their own best interest!! Having had first hand experience of a Union acting I beg to differ. With current employment law as it is their is a serious question that Unions have now run the course and are just looking to finance their own political views, the current labour leader is a prime example!! Another is the Fire Fighters Union leader taking them out on strike after a 40% pay rise request was refused when I’m sure his salary was stopped for that period ?????
Come off Facebook and Twitter for a similar reason, not that I'd put anything on sackable - too many potential employers snooping around trying to find out about candidates personal life, its also a criminals dream for burglary, identity theft and popping on your christmas tree surrounded by 2k of presents..
Typical of tarring everyone with the same brush. Unions achieve far better terms and conditions with the backing of the membership and the rest of the workforce sponge off the back of those better pay deals etc. Lost count of non members rushing to join the union when experiencing problems.
