Enjoyed it, archer our “West Indian” has 17 wickets the most by an England player at any World Cup. 2 weeks ago it was his fault we were out of the competition according to some. Properly bonkers.

Pakistan need to beat Bangladesh by over 300 runs to qualify...

Just watching the highlights now and do you know what - i didn't even know there was a world cup on? Thats what sky sports (unless you're a subscriber) has done to cricket, I've not much interest in tennis but l know its on due to the BBC.

Unless he's played it at school l dont know if my 6 year old would know what sport it is, l grew up with watching it on the BBC in the summer. Sad times.

Pakistan have to win the toss, bat first, score 400, then get Bangladesh out for 84. The exact number changes depending on the first innings score - which determines NRR. So they need to break the WR for largest victory margin in an ODI (against a talented Bangladesh team). Oh, and Pakistan have never broken 400 in an ODI.

So, not impossible, just very, very, very unlikely.
