The twist there is that Barcelona used to pay a donation to UNICEF to have them on their shirts not unicef pay Barcelona. I get the point you’re making though although can you imagine the meltdown some folk would have if we were paying the sponsor.
What he said...... I’m not to concerned about what was paid but was hoping for a more higher profile name that would help with raising the profile of the Club.
Can you post any evidence of that? Not having a go, just I've been looking and can't find any, would be interested to read what they actually do and where they made their money.
This thread took a beautiful turn, l was about to post is the only other option a betting company. Completely underwhelmed, thought local companies would be the boxes and the stands not the main shirt sponsor. Can't see this generating much.
