    According to Alan Nixon we are trying to beat Sunderland to his signing. He's a Zimbabwe striker that's been released by Burnley.

    Top scorer for Burnley U23s last season. Born in Wigan, and has come up through Burnley youth system.

    Sounds like a development prospect rather than a first teamer.

    If as is speculated Moore did leave us, this lad would stand a better chance of getting a game with us.
