    Took 5 minutes around 12, would have been quicker if people knew where their seats were so the staff could find the tickets easier.

    Got there this morning at 9:45 to collect 4 packs. Staff could only find one of them, so had to write down names and address of the 3 they couldn’t find and they are going to post them out to me.
