    Supposing the 4m figure is correct, who would people like in as a replacement? Do we think the full amount will be reinvested? On perhaps 2 x 2 mil players?

    If we get 4m I'd like to see £3m of it chucked on a capable replacement, with the other £1m used to improve the contract we offer said footballer. No release clauses, lengthy deal and decent wage to keep them around if they're any good - risk paid for in part by Kieffer's transfer.

    I very much doubt we’d spend 4 million on one player, I think this deal will hopefully fund the 3/4 players we need to for squad depth

    How about the lad bright enobakhare that cov had last season maybe, looked lively, can play up front or wide so would be able to fit a 451 or 433 system and only 21.

    Posh Chairman just put on Twitter they’ve received 7 bids for Toney from 3 Champ clubs with 4 of the bids coming from the same team. Like you say they’ll be wanting daft money to prize him away.
