I see your opinion and understand it mate. When we’ve got one of our strongest sides out and looking like were a league below them it’s different. Surely we don’t go out onto the field thinking *lets not try tonight lads*

Ha ha. Just noticed that. I think we had the floodlights on at 6!
    No Climate emergency at Barnsley.

Squad players are needing this by the sarnds of it and another rarnd against another team wanting an upset can only help em IMO.

Yeah I get that - not saying for one second they're not trying to win. Just dont see it as much of an issue - the game is very much a nothing game (in my opinion anyway). 3 points Saturday is far more important and I'd welcome a defeat tonight.

Agree that we have a strong team out but with no Mowatt, Diaby, Bahre, Radlinger, Cavare, Thomas etc we're not exactly at full strength.

We did. That was also in an easier league in which we were one of the better teams. Sunderland and Pompey got to the final last year and if costs them (in my opinion).

We're likely to be at the wrong end of the table this year and possibly going to be in some form of relegation battle. I'd be quite happy not having a distracting cup run among it.

I agree completely. You'd hate Woodrow to get injured and be out for 3 months because someone did for him in the Caribou Cup.

He would have instructed it to be drenched and it seems he requested it again at half time. The ground staff are always under his instructions on the watering and the length of the grass.

    It's a bit different when they're in League 2!

A lot of upsets I see so far. Barnsley it’s a regular thing though but it ain’t an upset as our squad is on par with their league apart from Woodrow, cavare etc

Maybe we are planning on waterlogging the pitch so it gets postponed?

No excuse for this now. This is embarassing . This is the worst team I’ve ever seen. Even worst than the 01 02 error from what I’m seeing

I fear Stendel could walk sooner rather than later. He's been banging on about experience all summer and all we've gone for are a bunch of kids. He ain't going to put up with this sh*t.

There is no leader on that pitch in red tonight. We need someone to inspire, and sadly McGeehan is not that man

He deserves better. Nobody will wanna ever play for us soon. We recruit different to any other team. In a bad way...what makes us go backwards and forwards and eventually it will smack us in the face and will end up playing Buxton and that
