I don't know what it is but something is not right. He's getting worse game by game and is fast becoming a liability. He needs to turn it around fast. We can't go into every game waiting for and fearing the McGeehan gift goal.
Doesn’t look like he’s got monk on he’s just ****. He gave ball away hell of a lot last season but hes getting punished this season
Agree with that , I mentioned quiete a few times that if he gives possession away as he did last season he’d be punished in the Champuondhip . Thing is I just don’t know what he’s seeing when he’s laying these passes on COD it’s certainly not a red shirt .
Not over changing an unbeaten side to start . Woodrow was the only one needed the change tonight imo.
Mcgheehan was poor and cost us but then you have the captain who didnt play a forward pass all night and gave the ball away as much as cameron just didnt get punished.
Was terrible today. Total liability. Mowatt did very well in patches, but had little support. Bahre was inconsistent at best.
The weakness is the organisation and understanding between the back 4. The goal on Saturday and first tonight were from the back post where Bambo had come forward to the front post too much and left Sibbick on his own. If the first header had missed tonight, there was another player behind to tap in. Hopefully another 5 games together and working on the training ground might sort it out. Brum’s second goal was more due to us chasing the game. We didn’t look effective going forward tonight. Thiam ran around but had little service to do much anyway. Chaplin and Thomas are often bullied off the ball too easily.
Must have watched a different game I thought their first was from our midfielder giving them the ball in our area not once but twice .
I’ ve seen it all time and time again since early seventies. It used to be ‘they don’t want to go up’. Now it seems, ‘they don’t want to stay up’. I said after our promotion that it was within the gift of our owners to relegation proof us by keeping our best players and investing wisely. Instead we offload our assets at cut price and sign a load of unproven young hopefuls for peanuts and expect them to do the business. Last night was a very poor show which suggests that we are likely to be in the thick end of a relegation battle all over again. I can’t help feeling it could and should have been different this time around.
