    These Mercedes players we've sold don't seem to be propelling their new clubs up the league though.
    Davies is third choice at Stoke. Lindsay is playing but Stoke are bottom of the league. Wigan are worse than us and Moore is yet to score.
    Brentford have got Pinnock and are on the same points as us as things stand. No guarantees we'd be any higher up the table had we kept the team together.

    You're missing the point. We sold the spine of a winning side, you cant do that and be successful. Regardless of what those players are doing at other clubs, they was brilliant for us. Ronaldo was unreal at Madrid, but since going to Juve his goal ratio is ***** compared to that at Madrid.

    But, and this is a big but, individually they might be low average but the Synergy of working well together as a Team increases their capability collectively to a highly effective unit. And this is the secret of good motivational management BUT building the cohesion takes time. We’ll be that unit again by Christmas but we are in for a rollercoaster ride until then. Don’t get too despondent.
