    i have never met jacob but on a personal note i'd like to thank him for not "milking it" on saturday when a lot of other ex players might have done......... touch of class matey

    I think he looked as trim as I've seen him of late, and he still has the footballing brain to maximise his contribution. Well played, Jacob. If only you were back at Oakwell!

    He did run most of the length of the east stand pointing up celebrating - I presume his mum was up there but a few round me took it the wrong way

    Spoke to Whitey in the FanZone on Saturday when we were setting up and he said Jacob’s family were sitting in the East stand including his one year old so I imagine that’s where the celebration was aimed at (basically confirming what @Bossman has said).

    He no longer has an account on here but I’ll pass on what you’ve said tomorrow.
