    What assets have our owners stripped? Was Mr Cryne an asset stripper? After all, the only true assets that the club has are player contracts manifesting as transfer fees.

    I would say his hand not being great would be kind. When he went off he got way more boos than an applause. He got chants about being **** and talking it too. He did a sloppy challenge he should have got a yellow for. They put a good ball into our box and his fifty pence head made him a Barnsley defender as he headed it clear for us.

    They aren't getting much for their cash Wigan and if he doesn't repay the faith in him soon, he's going to get his manager sacked.

    They must be in debt mate. Their crowd looked very scarce today, yet they can pay that for players, plus pay them more than we do?

    That's a bit harsh on him. If Paul.Cook gets the sack it's to do with last seasons performance too.

    I'm one of the minority on this bulletin board who believe we did very well to get 3/4million for Moore but I think you're being very harsh there.

    Or is all fur coat and no knickers. Wigan will end up in the financial do do as sure as night follows day because once again, they are spending unsustainable amounts

    What I ask myself about Kieffer is would big Mick have flogged him to us for under a million if he thought he would make a decent championship striker? If you think no he wouldn’t have then getting £3+ million for him is good business. I know of course that Cardiff were after him but his big clumsy way of playing would suit Warnock down to the ground

    I heard we got rid of Moore, because they thought he wasn’t recovering from his head injury in the way they expected him to.

    It’s a bit like, starting to hear some rattling noise from the engine of your 4 year old BMW, a car you love but you’re on the phone to We Buy Any Car before it costs you £2k to fix it.

    I cant see that being true somehow. He categorically told me it was completely healed. He certainly didnt play the Wigan game as though he'd had a head injury. Definitely after more money /different challenge I reckon.

    But to do with his head injury? And also he presumably passed our medical tests to allow him to play before the end of the season and also Wigans.
