    Done on purpose it seems.
Though I couldn’t get my head round why.

This is the Tories bastardised son no one else’s .
How can you blame party’s not in government ?
The Tory party have brought their war to the people any blaming of others caught up in it is very highly hypocritical

I'm not sure myself to be totally honest, but I'm sure it hasn't been allowed through by accident.
Stephen Kinnock said he had a list of 50 Labour MP's who would support it...most Tories outside the ERG would support it. If it does get to a vote this could pass.

Don't their elected MP's have a vote in Parliament?

Yes and as opposition they are entitled to vote against .
Are you suggesting that all the other party’s should vote what the govt puts forward ?
The Tories started this shitfest because of their infighting .
If ever we were gonna leave the EU it should have been years ago we are far too involved now for it not to damage us if we leave .

No, they can vote how they like instead of how their constituents voted. That's the trouble, they (all parties) treat the people who voted for them as idiots and do what they want. Why are we far too involved now for it not to damage us if we leave, what's the difference if we had left years ago?

I've always said that if the Brexit vote was passed in Parliament that I would accept it. I don't care for Kinnock myself, but who knows.

My personal feeling is a second referendum for remain or the withdrawal agreement is the only sensible way out of this. No deal was never presented as an option by Leave.eu at the time,

Course they can it’s a parliamentary democracy has been for hundreds of years , surely you knew that ?
The Democracy part as far as voters are concerned comes in the election whether you vote for them or not .
And if you can’t see why we would be damaged after all the debates and scenarios quoted since 2016 when all the party’s agree brexiteer or not that some damage will incur thennive nothing more to add other than catch up

You vote for a member of parliament to act on your behalf and in, what he/she feels are the best interests of his/her constituents. They can't possibly fulfil every wish even of those who voted for them. Do you have identical views in every matter as Bill down the road who voted the same way? Of course not.
An MP's job is to take expert advice, analyse and make a decision on that. Unfortunately far too many don't and just vote as their leadership directs.

Of course I know it's a parliamentary democracy, it's all you go on about.
Carney has said today his previous no deal predictions on the economy are a load of ******. Lets all get down to the dole office.

The Kinnock amendment that has passed tonight means May's deal can be brought back and th ERG can be forced to vote for it.

Which if passed and ratified puts us firmly in the clutches of trump and any deal we can get from carpet baggers .
That’s the reason it was rejected in the first place.
Kinnocks is a Blairite and opportunist but very clever he knows the Brexit party will be up in arms and destroy the remnants of the Tory party.
Which you may be forgiven for thinking would be ideal in my view but no it isn’t I’m more concerned about our role in the EU whether in or out .
