Both Halme and Anderson are ******* Woeful. Joined by full backs who aren’t good enough, we’re an accident waiting to happen.
Midfielder on loan from hibs I think, think they both went back after a month, Kane might have had a second but both were poor
Il repeat what I wrote at the start of the season the defence absolutely terrifies me. nothing has changed to alter my thoughts
Unfortunately he looks like Bambi on ice and needs to be rested . Do we have a defensive coach ? If not why don't we ask Big Mick to coach ?
He ll be gutted. Terrible errors but I'm sure he'll improve. Poor decision making probably due to the pressure to win. Heads need to be up now.
I certainly don't blame the two centre backs, but rather the board for the absolutely reckless approach to selling key players with no concept of how to replace them adequately. Utter folly which many on this board predicted at the time. I'm continually amazed at Barnsley's capacity for shooting themselves in the foot.
i That side could be us on last neets defensive performance, gave em 2 goals and they still couldn`t beat us. Forrards 2 Defence 2.
Rubbish Look closely at the first goal, Paterson crosses it through Halme's legs, it wrong foots Mads and he can't turn fast enough to get to it. However both Williams and Collins make no attempt to go for it and Williams in fact lets Martin stroll in front of him and tap it in. Second goal, cross comes in and Mads goes to hoof it clear with his left foot, only to have Mowatt barge into him trying to do the same thing. It's Mowatt who ends up poking the ball into Lawrence's path and Mads tried to toe poke it into touch, unfortunately giving away the penalty. I've seen much worse not given. Mads has got some serious and undeserved criticism for his performance and though it wasn't his best game he was by no means as bad as has been made out. I'm glad we've got him and I'm confident the team will develop into a good one, we just need to be patient and encourage the lads
How long did Anderson have to boot it into the stands? It's instinctual he'd know if Collins is coming for that ball and if he isn't then get rid of the ball and then bollock Collins after. There is no way you can absolve Andersons blame for that first goal, anyone with eyes can see it was primarily his fault.
