Let’s be honest they should’ve scored 4/5 the amount of times they had us on the break. Officially worried. We’ve got a side here who can’t get 2 passes together, a defence that is an accident waiting to happen - and that’s without Diaby! Zero creativity, no options up top other than Woodrow and no spine/****-house in midfield. Where the **** do we go from here?!
I think this over loving up of Woodrow will cripple us like the over loving of the lesser spotted Bradshaw. Schmidt could be the next Winnall.
Funny how you say they should’ve scored 5. Woodrow misshits in middle of box an absolute sitter, we then score & then have a header cleared off the line when it hit our own man on the line. We could have been 3 zip before derby got out of bed. I’m not defending us as defensively we were shocking but you post reads as if we should have been hammered we too have scored 2 the same as derby and missed other chances. 2 very poor teams.
I thought that was one of the worst Derby sides I’ve seen at Oakwell in years. They looked slow going forward, so much contrast to Brentford on Sunday. We absolutely gifted them their goals and I only remember them having one clear chance, the free header which should’ve been buried. A point was the least we deserved tonight I thought.
Can’t come on here and tell me those 30 seconds weren’t the most scintillating football you’ve seen in years. I’m not having it.
