    I know we can choose to read the board or not, but personally think posts should be stopped until the morning (if its possible).

    Result means nothing. Even last minute equaliser means nothing. Poor defending, choice of MOM, or how cold the pies are are insignificant.

    I've heard elsewhere on other social media, names / descriptions getting mentioned about the person involved.

    It's terrible news but it shouldn't mean that people can't continuing discussing a game of football.

    I get where you’re coming from, and yes all things pale into insignificance when something like this happens. However, I don’t think it’s disrespectful or inappropriate to continue discussing the match on here. When my mam died suddenly it was on a Saturday, and me and my 2 brothers and our families were all at my dad’s house. Someone remembered we were on Radio Sheffield commentary and we listened. Can’t remember who we were playing or the result even, but it helped to get us through that very difficult day.
