Swap Bahre and Chaplin around , Chaplin on the wing and Bahre through the middle.

I'd start wilkes he has looked good twice from the bench. Bahre reminds me of when you played for the local team when you was a young lad and coach would always play his son and make him captain etc. how long is mcgheehan out for?

Captain may simply be to do with the language issue. Our creativity came from Bahre last night. Just wish something would switch inside him to get the confidence to score.

Disagree he was involved reight up until they scored then bang most attacks we had he snuffed art, he gives away silly free kicks, tries silly flicks that look crap, second haif he was playing wrong way making attack into defence and to top it all he aint got nowhere near 90 mins in him.

My main memory about Bahre from last night is him trying to break away on the counter attack down the left side, getting caught easily by the defender so he's tried cutting back and playing the ball inside, onyl to play it to their centre midfield and away they went once again.

Time for 3 at back now. More bodies in there the better to try and cover for the inevitable mistakes....

I'd go same again. I'd back Mads and allow him to learn, same with the rest, especially the defence. The more they all play, the more they'll understand their games and natural movements and preferences.

Sibbick in at Centre half for me as well. Wouldn't change the rest from Wednesday night and keep it 4-4-2 - it was better for both full backs to have a player notionally playing wide with them. I still don't like both full backs to be deep in the oppositions half, especially when we lose the ball so easily - its a recipe for more break away goals.

It's a good point, we have gone down this route for better or worse. We have to give the players the chance to improve. Swapping the team game to game radically won't help.

I thought you'd picked a good team there until I saw Willy Ferry.

It’s a nice footballing eleven but that’s a very lightweight front 6. A side like Preston would bully them in my opinion.

I think Anderson deserves dropping after the last two games but would only do so if Diaby is fit as I think Sibbick’s needed in the middle for now until Dougall’s back fit enough to start.

No Sibbick?? Not even in the squad - I think he’s been playing well, considering he’s out of position.

I’d say that front three is the best we’ve got though, on their day, could cause problems for most sides.

We never have a settled back four, no wonder there’s a communication struggle. So with that in mind, I’d be tempted to stick with it.

I also think that Wilks has done enough in his last 2 cameos to get back in the starting 11. Probably out goes Bahre, he was good first half but disappeared second half.

Be nice to have a fully fit squad available on a match day. Hopefully we’ll have that after the next international break.
