I think that's a bit uncalled for. Partick Thistle have got us and Nice to look to whereas the full situation hadn't been realised in Nice by the time they took over.
So what you are saying is that Patrick Cryne didn’t do due diligence on the investors before he sold them the club and got his son involved with them , and he was conned by the Consortium
Didn’t Doyle borrow off what could only be called userers, and when Patrick picked up the tab it was 300% more than the original debt.
Is it not possible that Patrick made a bad decision because he was under a lot of time pressure to find someone to sell to quickly? He didn't want to burden his family with the pressure of having to run the club on their own so was under a lot of pressure to find someone else. Under that pressure and knowing it's a race against time it's easy to make a mistake or to it do as much checking or be as selective as you otherwise would be.
