Silly boy Mowatt...

I thought he had the worse game for us I’ve seen this season. Too much running around and misplaced passes not enough composure or purposeful chasing- see Joe Allen today as the way to do it.

 

I wasn’t suggesting that he had an outstanding performance, just that he was our only player who wasn’t all at sea in the first half

 

Yeah I know what you mean, in a crowded market he wasn’t the worse that’s for sure.

 

Mowatt sliding in covering for wayward defenders, I thought it was a pen but possible more in a better position than me to judge it.

 

Seen the goals on Sky Sports News. He was silly sliding in like that in his own box. Stonewall unfortunately.

He used his left foot to tackle which was nearest to the player,when he should have used his right. Nailed on pen.

 

The build up to the 3rd was mowatt losing possession to Allen then stoke went on the attack got corner and scored from that passage of play. Diaby was bad I agree he rushes to the ball too often going out of position. Dougalls pass completion rate must of been in single figures for today. Jacob brown similar and offered little going forward. Sibbock looked lost 1st half I almost felt sorry for him. It really was abysmal from so many today. The players mentioned have stolen a wage today but murray has to take responsibility too tactics were shocking and team selection.

 

It looked a penalty from where I was sitting.

 

Give over having a go at Mowatt you weirdos. He's our best player by 5 miles, he runs his blood to water every game. Yes he made a stupid tackle, but give him a pass for that for Christ sake.

 

He's still one of our best players but he isn't Woodrow level. It was frustrating seeing how up for it yesterday Stoke were compared to us. Their entire team before the game started went to applaude their fans all as one whilst our captain did his usual of going to our dug out. Every goal Stoke scored they all got involved starting with everyone running half the length of the pitch to celebrate their first with their fanbase.

Us on the other hand do not seem together at all. I reckon over the season plenty of home truths have been shared between the players and it's probably resulted in a divided dressing room. It hasn't for ages looked like they are all on the same page in it together. It looks like a few probably don't get along well.

 

Am glad you think that he is one of our better players, maybe give him a bit of credit on here now and again because he deserves it as much as Woodrow does. Captain wise he maybe aint the answer but then neither was Bahre, but you have to pick someone who is going to be playing a lot when fit and he is one of the first names on the sheet along with Woodrow.

The reason they all run to the dugout when there is a break in play is to get their free pop and crisps.
