    Get your money on.
However, the Tories winning will do nothing whatsover. It will change nothing and may make things worse.
    However,..... they will win

Tories 1/16 to win most seats with Labour at 12/1.

Thing is, Johnson has charm for some people. (I know, not for you, and certainly not for me - but for some people). When he bumbles through interviews such as the one he did with Naga Munchetty last week he gets a naughty schoolboy/likeable rogue sort of vibe for some people. Jezza is not warm and cuddly on screen, and the fervour of his earlier rallies seems to have evaporated a bit. But the worst thing for Labour is that the members are strongly pro-EU, but Jezza, Milne and McCluskey and a huge chunk of the traditional Labour vote are anti-EU. The Tories and Farage's squalid shower are more brexitty, and Lib-Dems are more remain. So the Labour vote is bound to be weakened on both sides of the argument. My feeling is that Labour need both a clear stance and a more centrist positioning before they will ever get a sniff of power again.

    And yes, it is depressing.

I've no doubt they will. My Mrs works in the NHS and plenty of her colleagues are saying they don't trust Corbyn and "we stand with Boris".

The country is full of imbeciles.

Anyone working in the NHS and voting for Boris need their heads looking at. It’s akin to turkeys looking forward to Christmas.

Labour’s increasingly ridiculous plans to nationalise everything suggests they know they’ve got no chance.

Hung parliament , very little change in terms of seats, further paralysis due to intransigence and lack of cooperation. Nailed on.

You know what would be nice. If one day there was a political thread where someone, regardless of how they intend to vote, have their opinion respected rather than the usual belittling and insulting comments that come their way.

    I doubt it'll happen though.

Because if you work in the NHS and you "stand with Boris", then you most certainly are an imbecile.

    I wasn't born in 1981 so I can't relate to that period.

I'm concerned that there are so many working people out there willing to jeapordise their own and other people's lives so willingly, and for what reason? Because the press has told them to. It's utterly depressing.

Guy Fawkes, who wanted to replaced a corrupt, unelected Protestant ruler with a corrupt, unelected Catholic ruler.

Fun fact: Guy Fawkes died from a broken neck falling off the scaffold, so missed the extra fun of having his male bits chopped off and burnt in front of him, shortly followed by his entrails and heart.

There seems to be a lot of people
So whats changed were still run by CORRUPT politicians, and most of the time by unelected Prime Ministers.
