    Perhaps all the announcement speculation has been misleading, and everyone has just confused it with the fact that today is 'Football Manager 2020' release day.

    There's a fair chance that quite a number of people are taking up new roles as Barnsley FC head coach today. Maybe the final stage of the interview process is to give the everyone 3 seasons in the virtual seat to see who generates the most profit.

    Seen as the manifesto is giving us free stuff and DS wasn’t allowed to sign any free transfers I’d say it’s unlikely I’m afraid.
