    "Matt’s work across Europe over recent years allowed him to meet Struber, where their paths crossed on a number of occasions. The pairing have a solid working relationship and will now begin a new era together at the club. Rose joins in the role of First Team Coach."

    Erm.... is "paths crossing" anything remotely like working together before?

    This is where the club are failing the fan base again. What does all this mean for Dale Tonge who supposedly signed a new contract as Assistant Manager in the Summer? Is Chris Stern still around? Will Murray go back to his original job?

    None of the above mattered when it was Struber coming over on his own. Another coach coming too leaves questions around coaching structure.

    We had nothing at all when Stendel was appointed though. Same as when Morais came in after Heckingbottom took everyone to Leeds.

    Replying to your have they worked together quote.
    Can’t remember which one now but either Winkler or Stern had never worked with Stendel and had only met at coaching courses

    Winkler was a new coaching relationship, he'd worked with Stern previously if I recall correctly.

    If we didn't have any coaches contracted at the club involved around the first team, yes, it would be half, exactly the same.
