As a Barnsley fan I will admit, I envy Sheffield United. Can't deny that. No point being bitter I still hate Wednesday though!!
Manure not kept a clean sheet away from home since February. One thing we're better at! They're certainly working well as a team and I can see them scoring again. Surprised that this is their first sell out this season though.
Agree. At KO I hoped for one of the teams to get humiliated and didn’t really care which one. Now though I hope it’s Man U
Only one team in it. Hate to say it but they are a joy to watch and I wish we were even half as good.
I was just wondering whether or not Leeds would be doing so well had they won promotion rather than Sheff United. Somehow I don’t think so
Rumours that Marco Silva is pretty much finished at Everton. I would love them to go for Wilder and for the blunts to implode and fall apart spectacularly! What Wilder has done with some of those players is phenomenal, some of whom have previously been bang average at other championship / L1 clubs. He's clearly a great man manager, motivator and tactician. I have nothing but admiration for what he has done on a personal level but cannot bring myself to like that club.
Wilder is also a Blades fan too, so I cannot see him going to Everton. They may well be looking at Pochettino, but I also Arsenal will be eyeing him too.
Isn't their owner Moshiri a billionaire? The last two managers he's given hundreds of millions to spend on players and it's obviously not worked out. Potentially a new 50,000 seater stadium to be built in the docklands area . I think Wilder would turn that club around.
Man Utd are awful but full credit to Sheff Utd everytime I watch them they have looked excellent and brilliantly set up. I keep thinking back to when we played them at the start of our last relegation season. They had just come up from league one. They completely out played us and after that game I predicted relegation for us. How far they have come and we have gone backwards.
