    After using the Lin kee on Racecommon Road for 20 year it shut other week so tonight I’ll be going to try a new one, any recommendations out there? I’m just out of town center so will be driving.

    The new one in wombwell has had good reports. Still to try out myself. If anyone on here has. Please comment.
    Oops should have noticed you said takeaway not restaurant. The takeaways I've used over the years have dropped their standards a little for me. So any top ones around the wombwell/Hoyland/Wath areas would be appreciated.

    I'd also agree sun Mei at mapp ( the restaurant near the co-op ) . You ll pay a bit more than a regular Chinese because first and foremost it's a restaurant as apposed to a takeout . I don't think they deliver either unless that's changed in recent years .

    Correction mate. Sun mei is the takeaway on the main road . China court is the restaurant at the side of the co-op, I can't recommend either cos I've not used em.
