By far the finished article still only 21 but I think today was his 6th or 7th assist this season quite impressive. Still finding his feet in this divison it's his 1st season at this level but always gives 110% keep it up lad.
Wouldn't surprise me if there's interest in him, Chaplin and Woodrow next month. Anything under £10,000,000 for any one of them should be laughed off.
Thought Bähre was good again until he tired to be honest. Usual problem of his. Not sure why he gets stick on here, he makes us tick going forward. Thomas is a real threat and I really rate him but I don't think he's up to playing that position in a diamond from the start yet. I'd love for him to start but I'm not sure where there's a place for him at the moment. It's a good problem to have mind.
Thought Woodrow did OK. Very combative, no assist or goal, but held the ball up well. Chances will fall to him in that position & he can hit a 20 yard screamer. I'd start with Thomas myself & maybe Bahre could come on later, as could Dougall, if we are looking like getting a result. A point versus WBA would be a very good result, they are the best team in the division. We may switch to Collins in goal at some stage, but I don't think a change of keeper, or back 4 is a good move after back to back wins. We've lacked stability all season.
I think those two are interchangeable. I think Thomas has deserved a start. He's very good in the tackle & quick off the mark. He may stop West Brom pushing on too much. Bahre could come on later to close the game down. TBH I'm not questioning Struber at the moment, he has called the last 2 games to perfection & only silly errors cost us at Cardiff.
Bahre, compliments this midfield perfectly. His ball control and passing were first rate today. As ive stated before ....funny how we the midfield keep possesion much better with him in it. We are more cohesive as a unit with him in it too.Admittedly 90 mins is not his strongest asset and his shooting poor but my god .....no other player is as technically gifted and can pull a ball out of the sky....kill it dead and move away from people in one movement, like him.
It is a nice debate to have, that we have a few players competing. Schmidt also looks to be coming good. 2 goals in less than two games actual playing time. Having a super sub is a real bonus at the moment & Schmidt looks like that man.
I hope so....with schmidt....he put that away lovely today. I wouldnt be messing about too much at the moment but i think bahre and woody probably need a bit of rest......errrr not v west brom tho!!!

Yea, i think he is a bit marmite ....i love him but he was poor versus QPR and was rightly subbed.I have a mate who constantly criticises Mowatt!! (imho best player at the club this season ...so far). All about opinions i guess.
I think Bahre is one of our most talented players and shows calmness in keeping the ball and also he sets the tempo. There is a but, which is not unusual with young players. I think he has spells over a game where his concentration seems to drift and he coughs up a few easy turnovers. Also should be contributing to more assists and goals for me. Something for him to work on.
You're bang right about Bahre. He has this natural talent with the ball, the kind that can't be coached. Sometimes he gathers the ball and reminds you of Lionel Messi, then two seconds later, scuffs a pass or shot and reminds you of Dave Regis. And because I struggle to pronounce his name correctly, I shall now refer to him as Dave Messi.
Jacobs a great team player too , you can play him anywhere in team , right back , right mid , up front
