Although we've improved under Struber, he's gotten it badly wrong today.

Had to waste two of our substitutions correcting his mistakes.

Iv got to agree, im hoping we get some players in of his choice because that starting 11 was poor tonight.

    Would you disagree?

We had made two of our subs by 51 minutes.

    He did.

But that's twice in a month he's started Bahre and had to sub him after an abject half hour.

Fool me once and all that.

I like Struber by the way, and we've certainly improved under him. But if he picks Bahre or Schmidt from the start ever again then we've got to be asking questions.

Based on the players he had available, who would have been your starting 11 ?

Lacking quality from the bench. Brown clearly needed a rest but Schmidt not good enough to play from the start. Desperately need to get a striker in this month...

Its not just the bahre situation, we are so lightweight up front and ontop of that multiple players playing out of position. If he insists on playing this system we need a striker, midfielder (not a winger playing in there), full back and a central defender.

    Brown for Schmidt.

    Dougall for Bahre.

    4-2-3-1

You simply cannot defend this team selection.

Do you think he got it right?

    At least one.

There are whispers amongst my work colleagues (including some in the know leeds fans who told me they were getting Heckingbottom before it was reported on here) that there is some truth in the Woodrow to Leeds rumours. £6.5 million is NOT what they’ve offered up front though if they are to be believed - in fact if we get that we should be comparatively delighted.

For me, the worrying thing is that had Struber gone with Simoes and Brown from the start, there would have been no-one on the bench worth bringing on - except possibly Dougall. That's how weak our squad is at the moment. Despite having numerous players on our books, we have few options outside the usual first eleven.

He did but at least he wasn’t afraid to rectify it and recognised it .
We’ve had managers in the past that would have stuck it out fir most part of the game so it bodes we’ll with me that he’s not afraid to see his mistakes .

Early subs was good management. At some point Bahre and Schmidt need to regularly show why we bought them. Struber made it clear what he thought tonight. But why not bring Kenny on and push Halme up as striker late knockings?

    I agree, as I've said.

But that twice he's made the mistake with Bahre.

But, that’s Bahre as player. Mr Inconsistent. Struber can’t pre-empt what game he’ll have.

At least he has the balls to make the change.
