    I think we have to be careful that just because someone is in a CEO position which may earn a good amount of money, that it by default means they don't work hard for it, earn it or have developed their career to achieve such. Of course there are some questions to ask on value and size of package etc but it doesn't always mean a CEO isn't earning their money.
