    That’s exactly opposite of what I was told by the box office when I got through. Said the problem had been sorted but emphasised that you could only buy the free ticket if it was assigned to a current season ticket holder. Going on what you’ve said I’ll be contacting the box office again so hope you are correct.

    Yep. Didn't have to do any assigning. Not sure of the fact I'm registered as Reds Reserved makes a difference.

    Ok. Finally sorted and thanks to the box office for doing it. £48 refunded. The free ticket does not need to be assigned to a season ticket holder! Great offer in the end from Charlton.
