    I was in Lanzarote recently, in the capital Arrecife, walking around the city having a gander.
    Imagine my surprise to come across a controlled cannabis smoking club, legally allowed.
    It had pictures of the weed leaf on the windows, a reception area where people signed in, and seating like a club where people could indulge.
    Don't know who supplied the stuff though, by the time I had walked past I thought I was a pink elephant.

    Good idea for the UK?

    Not quite at shooter stages although theyve had a couple locked up over christmas for it.
    Theres been a few clashes between various organised gangs over the last few years.
    Alot of it over supplying eastern european fags of all things.
    Its not quite as obvious in Barnsley as sheffield but its there. Simmering then all of a sudden youll read about a kicking up racecommon road or stocks lane.

    Somalis tend to be a catalyst when it comes to a spike in violent crime.

    They give no ***** whatsoever as theyve spent their early years living in a warzone with nothing. They are almost immune to violence and its consequences.

    Chav Steve off the council estate selling a bit of pot might give you a dig for looking at him the wrong way. Maybe a slight going over.

    You look at a Somali down the wicker selling a bit of gear the wrong way anything that isnt being dead is a bonus.
    Especially if theyve spent most the day chewing khat.

    Top post. Absolutely correct about migrants and their, often terrible, backgrounds.... They come here with no fear or respect for law and authority.
