    Conor Gallagher heading back to Chelsea by the sounds, and off out on loan in the Premier League.

    Been absolutely outstanding for them, probably their best player. Guess Maddison coming in to replace him.

    Bet theyre glad they got the points on the board early doors. They are definitely going to ge in the relegation zone soon I reckon.

    This is one of the downsides of using loanees, especially the ones who are likely to catch the scouts' eyes. Your season can so easily fall apart in January with the loss of two or three key players.

    Just been talking to my Brother in Law(Big Charlton fan) Lyle Taylor is evidently waiting for Bowyer to sign his own 5 year contract, then he'll sign - allegedly.

    Gallagher himself has told fans he wanted to see the year out but Chelsea insisted on recall, This seems to be happening more and more these days.

    They may be bringing in Harlee Dean(Centre back?) from Birmingham but that hasn't impressed the in Law. (Gallagher going even more so)

    They enquired about Ivan Toney a few months ago, Posh asked for 4 million then. rumour has it they now want 10

    Looks like Charlton have got a very big/potentially decisive month in February. They play us, Stoke, Luton and Huddersfield. Hopefully a lot of draws in there apart from a win for us to drag them right down in to it.

    Was it about 3 weeks ago, lee bowyer was saying he had 13 first team players out for around 3 weeks.....dunno if they are all back yet.
