    Well the ‘Manager choosing the players’ is a good start. Easy to see where primary responsibility lays then.

    I’ve a bit of a problem with any manager choosing any player, regardless of nationality, if they’re *****. Without being racist (obviously) I do have an aversion to many English players in particular. I do seem to have seen a lot of bad ones -at all levels.

    I know what you’re trying to get at, that Struber’s picking Radlinger purely because he’s Austrian. Let me remind you that Radlinger isn’t his signing. He joined 4 months before Struber did. Just because you disagree about who the better keeper is, doesn’t mean he’s only choosing him because he’s Austrian.

    You called me a cn*t the other day for looking for something that wasn’t there, which I accepted and subsequently agreed with. So now I’m going to do the same to you. You cn*t.

    This, from one of the people that has been banging on for years about how it’s ridiculous that the manager cannot sign his own players, that he just has to get what he’s given off the spreadsheet. You couldn’t make it up.

    Ever thought that the connection is not the nationality, but the fact that they’ve played for him before? Did you assume nationality reasons when Keith Hill signed half of Rochdale?
