    Bad man management, how can you expect to have a healthy successful team when players are obviously not happy. Senior players in the squad been banished to the U23's when there is blatantly worse players ahead of them. Its a complete mess.

    Wrong nationality. Only foreigners allowed to play are Austrians.

    Absolute madness allowing Sibbick to leave on loan on top of Diaby been out of action.

    We started the window with 4 potential options for centre back but needing another & we’ve finished it with only 3. Incompetent

    TBF - he's rubbish. So is Cavare. But so are the fullbacks we've got playing.

    Struber said after 2 weeks he knew who he would play and who he wouldn't.On every interview he's done he's mentioned how important it is for these players to move on and get game time.There had also been enquiries for all these players.
    The problem is if a player doesn't want to leave you can't force them.A bit like us trying to sign a centre half last night you can agree terms with the agent you can agree money with the other club but the bottom line is you can't pressgang a player in to signing for you.

    For Struber to make a decision so quickly and blindly stick to it despite the growing evidence that his decision was wrong worries me greatly.

    He's not. He's not fast enough for this league but he's not rubbish. Thing is, we're selecting players whose deficiencies are much worse than not fast enough. Like not being able to play football.

    Cavare is better than jordan William's not bothered what anyone says, but with cavare he only has 6months left so we have no chance of making money keep playing William's hope he comes good, have to learn how to take a throw in 1st.

    I get that, but we're so short in a number of positions, they have to be involved in one way or another

    As others have said, there's no way Thiam could possibly have less of an impact that Schmidt for example, or that Cavare doesn't have the ability to at least cause problems for other teams with his attacking play

    Seems daft to totally isolate 3 decent players given we've actually finished this window fewer players in certain positions (I.e. defence)

    I think that's it. Cavare isn't great defensively but none of our defenders are. Least he can offer something going forwards. Jordan Williams only threatens our own defence unfortunately
