P*ss poor defending yet again. Teams have obviously worked out how to play our diamond. Needs to change something cos were sinking like a brick......

Struber doesn’t seem to have a plan B, we are done in February sadly.

He doesn't have a plan b. He can play a diamond and that's it. A professional coach should be able to play a variety of formations / tactics / styles of play and when moving to a new club play the best one that suits the players he has. He's clearly tactically inept and not good enough for the league we are in.

Radlinger to Andersen is his only tactic and even primary school children can see what Struber can't. That its ****.

Bring back Jose. He wasn't any worse

Again. People haven’t looked at his CV properly. He got sacked from his first proper job where he lost 6 out of his last 8 games. He then took over at the start of this season when the previous manager moved on. He’s never built a team. Doesn’t know how to deal or charge a team that’s struggling. Again another poor decision by the board.

That's more than we've managed. It's a horrible system and we're hopeless at it.

Bizarre that’s there’s no plan b, given we could switch to 4-4-2, without any subs, and have more players playing in what they’d consider their best positions. Could argue the same about 5-3–2 as well.

Yup, stick Brown on one wing, Thomas on the other, with Chaplin and Woodrow up front. Weird isn't it.

Apart from Derby away, we didn’t do too bad with Morais.

However, he did have a far better squad.

No big money loans or signings this time (Moore, McBurnie & Pinnilos). How times have changed....

I posted elsewhere and I hate being one of those “in the know” people but I have spoken to people within the club who say this guy is out of depth and tactically naive.

I have no idea if either of them are any good tbh. Can’t think coaching staff make a huge different. He’s the main guy

Actually we did have a plan B today, we went to a back 3 in the second half, we had to something, and it worked well. We hit the woodwork 3 times in total, had 2 cleared off the line, had more possession, more shots off and on target. A bit unlucky to be fair. But the first was as as bad as anything all season. I hope that's the end of the diamond, I really do.
