I’ll start by making clear this is not an effort to defend the recruitment process, but ..... We all know our recruitment in the Summer was poor, but I have to ask the question do we have a defensive coach and if so what do they do? Almost without exception, win, lose or draw the same comment crops up about defensive mistakes, does this bring into question the ability of the coaches as well as the players? Surely by now we should be coaching some of the basic errors out of them?

Ive come to the conclusion that they are of such a poor standard (at the moment) that they just simply cannot be coached out of their errors....we've been talking about it all season. I just think its above their pay grade
I think it was Darren Barnard who was co-commentating - he was scathing of the organisation and communication, or should I say, lack of, at the back.
They're professional footballers; they should be beyond the point of having to be coached the very basics.
