I don't think anyone is saying that Cavare and Pinillos are the answer to all our prayers. Cavare is often a liability defensively, and can lose his head at times. Pinillos seems to have lost his legs and could be judged as too slow at this level. But both are miles better than what finished the game at full back last night.
If we employ the same tactics that we did when we played them in the opening game we’ll do well , problem is we haven’t played like that since . Cavare hardly ever came over the half way line in that match
Collins Radlinger Walton Cavare Williams Halme Andersen Sollbauer Pinillos Williams Oduor just hold on for a 0-0. if we play the usual diamond we will be battered
Walton - Collins - Radlinger Pinillos - Diaby - Andersen - Halme - Sollbauer - Cavare - Oduor - Woodrow
You'd play Bahre after his second half performance? Holy Moly. He never hit a ball forward all half & looked half asleep. His kit was magnificent after the game, so at least it won't need washing.
does it really matter who we put out, we are gonna get humped off the park for yet another defeat and a totally inept performance.
I don’t disagree with you regarding Bahre as he wasn’t very good but when did a player’s kit become an indication to how they’ve played? I’ve seen loads of this with Schmidt and I don’t get it. Ronaldo and Messi must secretly be w4nk because their kits are always clean.
Ronaldo and Messi do pose a goalscoring threat, don't always look for an easy pass to the side & only occasionally stand with their hands on their hips. If you are seriously thinking Bahre is the next Messi (which I know you are not), I'm the real John Peachey (which I'm also not, as I could never carry off his tache or flares).
I imagine they usually have at least a droplet of sweat on the inside though. Bahre didn't love enough to create any
That's what I love about this board, people belittling your opinion and making you out to be a complete mental retard...
