A lot of these issues seemed almost obvious once the crossing was closed. For the first time Oakwells location is actually inconvenient for most of our fans. I also wonder if the new bridge itself will become a flashpoint. I know the crossing always was but it was a lot easier to separate the fans before.
This piggy little pr1ck was after a bit of violence & that is exactly what he got, in fact the thug copper did him a favour, he most probably would have ended getting a reight good shoeing anyway & I would have said the same if it was a Barnsley fan. He and officer want prosecuting.
Well when the sun incorrectly reported him as a Barnsley fan his own mum replied with "That's newspaper's for you he is a Wednesday fan"
Sheffield Wednesday have voiced their concerns over the treatment of fans and are planning to meet the 16 year old youth who was involved in Saturday's incident, which really says that he does support Wednesday. https://www.theguardian.com/footbal...sday-concerned-south-yorkshire-police-methods
Offending PC now the subject of a Criminal investigation and faces a charge of Gross misconduct. Still bet he gets away with it.! https://www.itv.com/news/calendar/2...age-fan-told-he-faces-criminal-investigation/
I wouldn't bet against you being wrong...... Even if he couldn't be a police officer ever again he can count himself as lucky, because he should be seeing a prison stretch.
Yes I agree.. The police only have to make an example of one of their own and the minority who create the problems for the decent ones will subside... In fact if the said officer is found guilty and then jailed for the said offence, I for one think it will go a long way to rebuilding confidence in the publics veiw of South Yorkshire finest... They get enough **** as it is... Without this pr1ck of an officer creating further complications for them... Whilst I don't normally advocate violence in my opinion he deserved all he got and any punishment that's coming his way... the bloke who kicks out in the video at the said officer before getting arrested didn't kick him hard enough in my opinion after what he'd just done to the young lad In fact if I was in his shoes my defence would be having just witnessed the dangerous assault on the lad I was of the opinion the officer was acting outside of the law and not within the guide lines of his training and was out of control and therefore I feared for my life.. Hence I kicked out to defend myself... Hard for the police to prove otherwise...
If anyone is interested in how some of the countries finest carry out there duties watch Crimebodge on YouTube.
Yep, my mate is what is titled Dedicated Football Officer, he was shocked and visibly angry about the actions of the Police Officer and said he hoped he gets what’s coming to him and went on to say at length about how it undermines all the work someone like him does. Anybody know if there is a Dedicated Football Officer for SYP?
Shouldn’t he have been arrested himself ? They are not above the law and if he’d been my son who was attacked by that officer I’d want to know on what grounds the other officers didn’t see fit to arrest the officer.
