Pure speculation. Can't see him dropping Halme after last week's performance.

Surely not. It would be a strange decision to change the team from last week unless he is forced into a change.

I'd be surprised if the lineup changed from last week. May need to make changes for one of the next two due to tired legs / minor injuries.
We need to try & keep some momentum from last Saturday. We need wins now & quickly. A quick look at the last 6 matches sees that most teams above us have got 8-9 points, whilst we've managed 4. It's now or never. No I'm not bursting into song as yet, although after a couple of pints B4 the game I may do!

Thing is, Boro will probably play a totally different game/ tactics to what Fulham played. According to The player interviews I read they expected Fulham playing the high back line and pushing right up, which allowed our forwards to exploit the space and get around the back of them. I doubt very much Boro will play this way. Going to be tough today, but I feel optimistic all the same

I've posted something similar on a couple of threads just now. Mads is one of our players, who is trying his best. The manager has decided to rest him and we have improved. I'm hoping he comes back stronger. Why do people have to constantly get on the back of our own players? If they don't try, I can understand, but the lad always gives 100%. He doesn't try to ****-up.

He does try but you have to admit the defence looks a lot better the last 2 games so injuries aside it should be a longish rest

I'm sure he tries. So would I. I don't think it's his effort that's in question. It's his ability as a championship centre half.

The fault lies in leaving ourselves no experienced central defensive options in the first half of the season. The choice was omitting one inexperienced player for another.

Lovely comment from Solly on RS just now, getting the point over that yes, Aapo played well, but Mads is also a great player and important part of the squad.

The thing is though he isn't a great player no matter what anyone says. To be honest we all know he's just saying it to be nice
