    Mine is the opposite. Went away the weekend before last and it looks like the wind blew the lid open and rain and leaky gutted p!ssed in (but didn’t realise at time)

    Tried putting it out the other night and thought it was stuck to the floor (or someone had put something in it) it was that heavy. Took me ages to get it out, and sure enough council didn’t tip it (probably too heavy for the lorry).

    On further investigation, when you pushed the rubbish down water came out. Ive had to take to drilling a hole in the bottom for the water to run out so I can get it back up the step to the path.
