Might be contraversial but Alex Mowatt...

has suffered a significant drop in form over the last 2 months, even when we were initially on a bad run he still played very well.
Lately he has been a pale shadow of his former self and I think this has affected the team overall.
He can't seem to get a pass away, his influence has suffered and I'm wondering if it isn't time to give him a rest from the great responsibilities he has carried all season, for a game or two

Now behind sofa with tin hat on ;)

In a poor all round performance Mowatt was our best player. In my humble opinion.

He did look like he was towing a caravan around behind him today.

Nevertheless he and Woodrow (who was below average today) are Championship players.

Not sure about any of the others - I think Williams J will make it. And maybe Brown Aapo and Oduor eventually.

Poor performance all round today. Thought Ludwig was probably the best of a bad bunch.

I think jacob brown, halme and odour will make it before William's just my opinion.

Interestingly I did watch Ludwig quite closely first half and I was very impressed with him, looked all energy, assured, looking to play the ball on the floor and kept their left flank in check.

Second half I believe Ludwig was kidnapped and replaced by his twin brother who can't play football.

Such a contrast between first and second half

    Out of position.

Plays against 3 opposition midfielders every week.

    Paging Kenny Dougall.

Good assessment of ludwig. I thought William's had a poor game especially 1st half.

I think you’re right, unfortunately I also think AM is thinking his best position is somewhere in Leeds.

I left after the second goal, so I missed the last 25 mins to be fair. Hard to pick out anyone who did that well TBH.

There was nobody deserving of being called man of the match today. Mowatt was very poor but he was far from being alone.

Mowatt has been excellent most of the season, probably only Woodrow’s outperformed him but he has looked poor the last two games.

He’s simply not a holding midfielder, he had about the 4th or 5th most assists in the league at Christmas, he was playing superbly on the left of the diamond & since Struber signed Ritzmaier he won’t play Mowatt there anymore. Even when Ritzmaier was injured he’s played Thomas, Bahre, Odour & Simoes all on the left over Mowatt.

I just don’t understand it. If one of the your best players is in great form in a position why move him?

Maybe a conspiracy theory, conway told him to play him out of position or even most of players so fan become angry and upset about said player ,so the club find it easier in there eyes to shift them on

Surely not. That goes against all logic. You’d end up getting less for the player & results would suffer

Our board and logic don't mix, scouts would see the players and work out there good players just played out of position, this may also be a reason we never get top dollar for our players then

I can’t think of any one of our players that a championship club would want to buy.
