That's mental! The council will be using this on the promotional material to show how the market is flourishing!
Went in myself , saw them and came home .when we go in usually at that time its empty , currys be running out if freezers next , the lunatic s are taking over the asylum
In there will be one person who thought going out last night and making the most of “one last blow out” which I saw all over social media, could potentially be infecting the whole lot of that crowd. I fear the pubs and clubs not closing and the people not taking the plea from the government to stay in, followed by those people on the lash and the ones that stayed in mingling in the supermarkets up and down the country this morning is going to rapidly speed up the cases.
He obviously didn't panic them into leaving a decent gap between them! Went into our Sainsburys this morning and normality had returned, less folk than normal,
The people doing this make me ashamed to be British. There ought to be a power cut and it all go off. Selfish barstewards....
I'm not really sure it selfish. Its stupid but is it selfish when the media is whipping up hysteria and telling everyone that we're all going to die if we leave the house
Hows that work then? we're all going to die if we leave the house, lets go and stand in a queue outside Barnsley Market.
I think it's because they need to get food to have in the house to lock themselves in it. Add that to the same media then telling everyone that everything is running out and of course people are going to rush out to get what's left
I’ve a normal stand alone freezer same size as fridge. (Can’t get a fridge freezer in space ) I’ve had it years summat like 19years I think and now I’m shitting myself when it makes a funny noise as I’ll probably not get another as things are going . I can get enough provisions for about three weeks or so with a couple of loaves , this is madness
The entrance to the market is between the white van and the gazebo. Specifically the meat and fish market (though you can walk through that into the rest of the market too)
Hahaha. What a bunch of losers. Not that I remember it but during the war we had no freezers but we still survived. No one is going to go without and tbh many of us could do with losing a few pounds. I notice the 6ft gap between people is no exactly being observed here.
