Where the **** is Jesus when you need him? He could make 5 loaves & 2 small fish go a long way. Is he still on Man City's books?
Yet here in Ireland where things got closed down quicker, we're getting much the same news feeds it doesn't seem like that. Just been into Dingle for the weekly shop. It was a tad busier than normal but everybody calm, shelves virtually full. Slightly less choice but plenty of bread, meat, loo roll etc etc. People distancing themselves in queues, a fair few, including us, wearing gloves. All it takes is common sense from all concerned.
What's it like in the bigger towns or Dublin though? Only over 2 thousand population of Dingle. #edit: no different than here
Have the government said that or is that just the interpretation of some parts of society? The government have not said we're all going to die if we leave the house, in my opinion. They've just asked us to follow the measures in place so it allows us to contain and recover over the next six weeks. Hasn't the expert guy in the press conferences being pretty consistent about the fact the majority of people who catch it will have very mild symptoms and recover?
He has and the comments from the government have been very clear all this is to try and reduce the pressure on the NHS in the months ahead.
