    Where I live, out of a population of 158,257 there are 144 cases of the virus. That’s one case for approximately every 1100 people.
    How does this fare with other areas?

    Barnsley 309 out of 245,000

    Sheffield's have been reported as high because they were a while ago undertaking 10 percent of all tests made in England while having 1% of the population. The death rate percentage appears to be between 1/2% and 1%.

    I have no idea what the situation is like in Huddersfield because we are always chucked in with other places. Kirklees has 318 cases but with no idea of knowing how many are for each different part of Kirklees. Kirklees population is a high 438,727. Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust have 70 deaths but again no idea what the split is between the two hospitals.
