There are vast areas of the world that don't have the vaccinations for TB - it kills 1.5m every year worldwide. I don't expect that to change for COVID even if it is available and cheap.
Same here. Car has only moved once for a big shopping trip about 3 weeks ago.Now I just top up when I'm out & about, either walking or cycling.
Unfortunately I fear you are right - once the First world has vaccinated everyone a significant number of people of influence wont care too much about the poorer countries The TB one will come back to bite us though as I think there are now antibiotic resistant strains - not sure if the jab I had at school 45 years would protect me from one of those. Also its not now generally given in the UK so most people under 30 will not have had it.
