This is just my assumptions but I'd say season ticket holders will most likely get free streaming and none ticket holders would have to pay.

Guy from Accrington is on record as saying he’s doesn’t think you will be able to attend a football match in 2020, due to restrictions on mass gatherings etc.

But that is simply his opinion as a person (and a very knee jerk reactive person too) eager than an informed opinion of someone with any more knowledge than the rest of us.

    quote from the article...

"Last week the EFL told clubs the season can be completed in 56 days when it is safe to resume"

surely they could finish it sooner than that, if they had a mid week fixture .

I think he might be right, or pretty close at least. The lockdown will be lifted but I can't see sporting events, the theatre, etc being allowed to resume for several months.

Vaccine needed before attending sporting events will be allowed again in my opinion.

That's including midweeks fixtures. It works out at one game every 4 or 5 days for the play off fnalists

What if there is no vaccine that works? At some point a decision will have to be made that sadly nature is nature?

I don't think that is likely but either way I think that mass gatherings will be banned until Q4 of this year in the hope that a vaccine will be found.

re producing a vaccine - things are at Stage 1 at present - at this early stage the aim is to ensure the vaccine is non-toxic.
What may take months or years to assess before the vaccine can be licensed is how safe it is for the short term and long term health of the person who is vaccinated.

Do you know anyone on here who owns a football club?
The point of the post was he was saying you won’t be able to watch a game this year, which you are suggesting he wouldn’t be better informed than the general public.
